WELCOME TO FITSTOCK 2025
September 27/28, 2025
In 2023, the Fit Collective Foundation was created, a new branch of Fit Collective that is specifically geared towards supporting local charities and those in need within our own backyard.
On September 27th, 2025, we will be hosting our third 24-hour event called FITSTOCK 2025, a 24-hour relay event where teams of six will continuously run or walk for the full 24 hours. The event will be hosted at the YARD Social Club, which will be the home base for the 5 km in and out loop for the run/walk. For this event, we are proud to support Walker Family Cancer Centre at Niagara Health, which provides crucial care and support to those battling cancer in our community. This event is intended to be a gruelling test of fitness, mental and physical strength, and fortitude, but it pales in comparison to the challenges that those battling cancer face every day. The goal is to raise awareness and support for the Walker Family Cancer Centre, while also bringing our community closer together in support of this important cause. We believe that by coming together as a community, we can make a real difference in the fight against cancer.
Since 2023, we have raised $90,000 for the Walker Family Cancer Centre and we are looking to add to that total this year with our goal of $65,000

HOW TO REGISTER:
Click HERE to register a team or join an existing one.
Please note: individual registrations are not available.
If you don’t have a team, select the option “I NEED A TEAM” during registration. We’ll ensure you’re placed with a team, or if you find one later, simply reach out to an administrator and we’ll happily update your registration.
Important: Only one person per group should create the team as the captain. All other team members can then search for and join that team. Please avoid creating duplicate teams.
TEAM DETAILS:
Each team can have up to six members.
Regardless of team size, a minimum of two participants must be active at all times during the full 24-hour event.
If you're joining a team, please be aware that this is a 24-hour commitment. If you’re unable to participate for the full duration but still want to support the cause, we encourage you to register under “I NEED A TEAM” and notify an admin that you won’t be actively participating, or simply donate to a team or individual of your choice.
Every contribution helps, and if you're signed up to participate, your team is counting on you.
Thank you for being a part of something impactful!

FAQ‘s
Q: Do we have to run?
A: No, you do not. You can walk, run or stroll (for the little ones)! We welcome families to get their little ones involved.
Q: Can we bring our dogs?
A: Yes! We love our furry friends. Please just ensure you pick up after the animals and be aware that we do have lots of wildlife out here, and ticks!
Q: What is included in the registration?
A: You will receive a swag bag full of sponsored items, a T shirt, flashlight and lots of other awesome things that will set you up for success for the event!
You also have your lunch & dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday fully catered by incredible sponsors for the event. We will keep you well fed and fuelled!
Q: What do we do if we cant stay for the full 24 hours?
A: We would suggest doing your very best to ensure you can commit to the event for the full 24 hours. In the event that something comes up and you cannot, we suggest finding a replacement, or splitting your time with another individual, or having someone take your place for X hours you cannot be here. If this is the case, only YOU will register, whoever is taking your place will not create an account or register. Please ask an administrator if you have further questions.
Q: Can I split my registration with someone?
A: No.
Q: What happens if I dont raise the minimum funds required ($250)
A: Every participant will register with a credit card that will be on file with the Walker Family Cancer Centre (not Fit Collective). In the unlikely event that you are unable to reach that amount, the credit card on file will be charged the remaining goal difference, ten days after the event has finished.
Q: What is the registration deadline?
A: Registration deadline is September 13th, 2025.
Q: Where do we sleep, or do we sleep?
A: Everyone is encouraged to bring a sleeping bag and/or a tent and a sleeping bag. There is plenty of space indoor and outdoor to set up a ‘camp’ for the 24 hours. You and your team will have to strategize on a schedule in order for everyone to have time for breaks, rest, nourishment and recovery.
Q: What recovery options are there?
A: We will have several therapists on site for massage & physio, as well as a yoga instructor several times throughout the event to lead us through recovery stretches and grounding. Additionally, we have our sauna, cold plunges and pool that will be operational for those wishing to use those amenities for recovery.
