TIME: 2:00pm - 6:00pm, stay after to socialize
COST: $80 per team - includes tournament + one drink ticket

Here’s how it works:

Register in Pairs
Players sign up as a team of two. You’ll compete alongside your partner throughout the day. $80 per team to register.

Team Format = 8 Players
Once all pairs are registered, we’ll group you into teams of 8 players (4 pairs). This is your squad for the tournament - your home base, your cheer squad, and your strategy circle. (If you have a full team of 8, put that in the notes of the ticket with ALL EIGHT team member names).

Why 8?
At any given time, two pairs from your team can be on the boards, which means your team can have two active matches running simultaneously. This keeps the action flowing and the sidelines fired up.

Double Elimination Format
Each pair competes in a double elimination bracket, you’re out after two losses. But don’t worry, if one pair from your 8-player team is knocked out, your other pairs can still keep racking up points and playing for the team’s success.

How You Win as a Team
Throughout the tournament, every win by any pair contributes to your team’s overall score. The more rounds your pairs survive and dominate, the more points your full team earns.

The Team with the Highest Cumulative Score Wins! So every toss counts, even if one pair is eliminated early!

EVENING SOCIAL + SILENT AUCTION

Once the bags are down, the good vibes continue!

We’re transforming the evening into an outdoor dinner and social, complete with a locally curated menu, cocktails, and an incredible silent auction supporting community causes and local business collaborations to fuel our FITSTOCK fundraiser!

Expect bold reds, crisp whites, and sparkling sips selected by their in-house sommelier. Chef-driven small plates will be available alongside fresh, seasonal, and elevated bites that pair perfectly with every sip.
