2 session refresher - $110/pp
Designed for those who have done CrossFit style workouts before, but have been out of the game for awhile and need a little refresh on the foundational movements.

4 session fundamentals - $210/pp
For those who are familiar with class based fitness, standard lifting technique and have played sports or been part of another fitness facility for a little while, but, are new to CrossFit style workouts in general. (You have never done olympic lifting and have little to no experience in gymnastics).

6 session fundamentals - $310/pp
The new, new beginner, we welcome you to fitness. You’ve never really been part of a gym, maybe feeling a bit intimidated or lost when it comes to fitness. Don’t worry, you wont for long.
Staying injury free, is our top priority.
Everyone that comes to us at Fit Collective is required to take one of our fundamentals programs to ensure proper technique, awareness and comfort in the movements we do here.
This program allows us to get to know you. Your strengths and weaknesses, your goals, your reasons for looking for something new, your ideal workouts and how we can help you. It also gives you a great opportunity to get to know us. How we operate, the flow of the class and just how incredible our community is at helping others succeed too.
